Stunningly beautiful hotel, I liked above average breakfast!

The room was neat, new-fashioned, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. It had amazing views of the sea. Location: the hotel was close enough to local shops and restaurants and Anse Vata bay...

The restaurant was good for lovely stuff and a great restaurant, I tried DELICIOUS dishes. Comfortable beds, a living area and its own balcony were a nice touch.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's close to a beautiful swimming beach, other tourist facilities, and plenty of great eateries. I also appreciated the cleanliness and hotel facilities, which made for a comfortable stay.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Great location for enjoying bars and coffee house close to the hotel. Exceptionally clean rooms with facilities like a microwave, a fridge, and a dining area. A very relaxing stay for holidays.

Convenient location. Good to have self catering kitchen facility, sufficiently equipped.

Strange smell in room. Internet connection intermittent and unreliable. Noisy nightclub adjacent. Guest gym very pokey, Thought room was expensive for what it was and that it was somewhat of an exaggeration to call it a "junior suite" as it was really quite small.

I had a superb stay at Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences. The change of room was seamless and I was able to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. The view from my room overlooking Anse Vata Bay was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and polite, ensuring that my needs were met. The facilities, especially the swimming pool, were top-notch and perfect for my training sessions. The location of the hotel was ideal, with beautiful beaches, shops, eateries, and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. The artisan bakery below the hotel was a delightful find, with their freshly baked breads and French pastries. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Location

Check-in and check-out. Showed us to the wrong room as reservation details were not up to date. Then tried to charge us the incorrect amount at checkout, same error as on check-in. Fortunately we decided to settle our account the night before we left so we had time to wait for them to correct the error.

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The location was fantastic, just off the city centre yet still within walking distance of all the city attractions. We loved being at the seafront, it provided such a beautiful and calming atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry all available. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from air conditioning to a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff here was the best we've encountered in any hotel, always friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities, including the casino, spa & wellness centre, and swimming pool, were all maintained impeccably and provided the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I liked about the hotel the design of the guest rooms; the location close to the beach; the ocean view from the room; the large terrace; and the free internet access. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped with new and clean appliances

I didn't like that a few items in the room/hotel facility did not work or required maintenance, i.e.: the cardio machines in the gym; the room safe; and the keys in one of the elevators.

The studio was spacious and had many amenities, including a complete kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. It also had great ocean views, as it is located right in front of the beach.

The restaurant was pricey and disappointing.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Spacious rooms with great views. Plenty of amenities nearby.
